FaxTh.is is built around minimal data collection. We collect only what is necessary to transmit your fax and confirm delivery.

Information We Collect

When you send a fax, we collect: your name, email address, the recipient's fax number, and your uploaded document. We collect payment information through Stripe — we never store card details directly.

Document Handling

Uploaded documents are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 for the sole purpose of fax transmission. Files are deleted immediately after successful delivery or after a failed transmission. We do not read, index, or retain your documents.

We send a delivery receipt to the email address you provide at checkout. We may also send a history access link on request. We do not send marketing emails or share your email with third parties.

We use a single analytics cookie to measure general usage (pages visited, session length). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. No personal data is embedded in cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email delivery, Sinch for fax transmission, and Cloudflare for file storage. Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention

Fax job metadata (recipient number, page count, status, timestamp) may be retained for up to 90 days for support purposes. Email addresses are retained only as long as necessary to provide history access.
