Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

You may not use FaxTh.is to transmit illegal content, spam, malware, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transmission and terminate access at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is required before transmission begins. Fees are based on page count. Payment is processed by Stripe and is non-refundable. You are charged only for the fax you submit — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Transmission

We make reasonable efforts to deliver faxes successfully but cannot guarantee delivery to all numbers. Delivery depends on the recipient's fax machine being available and functional. If a fax fails after payment, contact support@faxth.is for assistance.

Document Storage

Uploaded documents are stored temporarily for the purpose of transmission only. Files are deleted automatically after successful delivery or upon failure. We do not retain copies of transmitted documents.

Liability

FaxTh.is is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the content transmitted through our service. We are not liable for failed transmissions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.
