How long does a fax take?

Most faxes are delivered within 1–3 minutes. Long documents may take longer.

My fax failed — what do I do?

Contact us with your Fax ID (from your receipt email) and we'll investigate and help.

Can I get a refund?

Faxes that fail due to a system error on our end are eligible for a credit or refund. Contact support with your Fax ID.

What file types are supported?

PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, and HEIC. PDFs give the best fax quality.

Do I need an account?

No. Just provide your email at checkout for a delivery receipt.

How do I view my fax history?

Go to Fax History, enter your email, and we'll send a secure 15-minute link.

Is my document secure?

Files are encrypted in transit and stored only temporarily. They are deleted immediately after transmission.

Can I send international faxes?

Yes. Enter the full international fax number including country code, e.g. +44 20 7946 0000.
